I remember my first time visiting the Finders Keepers markets in Brisbane. My jaw dropped when I walked in and saw the sheer scale of it all, and continued to drop further as I bounded from stall to stall, overwhelmed with the quality and originality of all the wonderful creative goodness on offer. I think it was somewhere between trying on my new purchases, enjoying a frosty beer and inhaling an out-of-this-world delicious Bratwurst, mustard dripping down my shirt, when I realised - "This is no ordinary market."
And it's not. It's so, so much more.
The Finders Keepers is a massive three-day event and features over 200 independent art and design stalls at The Marquee Brisbane Showgrounds. Visitors are treated to incredible pieces by amazing makers from Brisbane, and around Australia. Every single market is meticulously curated, featuring fresh talent, fashion, art, jewellery, live music, bars, coffee stalls.... and did I mention the food....?
And this year, we will be making our debut as stallholders for the first time ever! We will be there with bells on showcasing some of our favourite designs, as well as some brand new goodies just for the occasion.
