DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Worldwide free standard shipping is available for all online orders over $200. When your cart reaches this amount, simply select ‘free shipping’ at checkout.


HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether your items are in stock. Shipping times begin when your parcel has left our warehouse. Your order will be sent out within one business day in most cases (excluding preorders, back orders and custom orders). Browse the table below for an estimate of your arrival time.

HOW DOES PREORDER WORK AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE IT?

When you purchase preorder items, they’ll be shipped to you at the stated arrival date. Estimated lead times can be found on the item’s page, at the checkout and in the confirmation SMS text and email we send you.

If you purchase an item on preorder along with other item/s, your order will be held in dispatch until all your preordered item arrive. If you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your preordered item, please make two separate purchases.


CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

No, sorry. All online orders must be sent to a nominated address or PO Box. Our secure online portal makes this easy. If you’d like assistance, please get in touch. We’re more than happy to help.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, you’ll receive an email and SMS text message with your tracking number. Use your tracking number to see where your order is, and its expected delivery day and time.

Can’t see your email? Remember to regularly check your spam/junk folder. Automated emails sometimes land there.

Please note, if you live outside of Australia, standard shipping does not include tracking. To track your order during the delivery process, please select the International Express service.


WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

All orders are shipped with Authority To Leave, meaning that the courier will generally leave your order at your front door or tucked inside your letterbox. If you won't be there to accept your delivery, or you don’t feel comfortable having your parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing an alternate shipping address, such as your work address.

Whether or not to leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery address is at the discretion of the delivery driver. If they decide not to leave it, they will leave a note for you to either collect your order at your local post office or a local collection point, or arrange a redelivery.


CAN YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES, PARCEL LOCKERS AND INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?

Yes, we deliver to post boxes, parcel lockers, and locked bags, even if you live outside of Australia. Just enter your correct shipping address when filling out your order details at the checkout.


I LIVE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA. HOW MUCH DUTY WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

This information varies from country to country, so unfortunately we are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges that may apply in the destination country.


MY ORDER IS LOST/MISSING. WHAT DO I DO?

In the unlikely event that you've waited more than 2-3 business days past the initially advised delivery time, please contact us stating your order number, and we will facilitate your enquiry with the delivery provider.


MY SHIPPING DETAILS ARE INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?

We are happy to change or amend your shipping details if the request is received before your order has been packed. We usually process in-stock orders within one business day, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, contact the courier to redirect your (very special) delivery.
