How long does delivery take?

We offer various domestic shipping options to suit any need and budget by Australia Post & Fastway, price will be calculated at the checkout, before payment. Delivery to a metropolitan address normally takes 2-3 business days; regional addresses 4-8 business days. We also offer Free Shipping on orders over $250 or Free Pickup from our office that is located in Currumbin, QLD.

Shipping times kick in when your parcel has left our warehouse: we ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday only. If items in your order are out of stock or have a status of “pre-order” we’ll notify you by e-mail.

How much does delivery cost?

Price depends on your location, amount of products in your cart and the chosen shipping service. Standard shipping by Fastay starts from $7.20, Express shipping by Australia Post starts from $12.80. We also offer Free Shipping on all online orders over $250 Australia-wide.

International orders starts from $16.80 to New Zealand and $25.70 to the rest of the world.

How much duty/tax/vat will I have to pay?

If you live outside of Australia, unfortunately we are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note, that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges.

How backorders work?

Backorder items can be purchased now however they will only be shipped at the stated release date or shortly after. Please remember the details on item description for lead times of backorder items.

The lead-time for backorders are approximate only, the initial production run can take longer and delays can occur.

If you purchase an item on backorder along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives. If you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two seperate purchases.

Can I track my order?

All domestic and international orders are trackable, you’ll find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email/text message as soon as your parcel is picked up by the courier. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder too.

Do you deliver to postboxes and parcel lockers?

Yes we do, by Australia Post only.

What if I not home when my order arrives?

Your order will be left unattended at your address. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver can use their discretion to not leave the parcel.The driver will leave a note for you to either collect your order at your local post office, at a local collection point or arrange a redelivery. In the odd case that it is being returned back to us, we will get in touch with you and arrange for redelivery.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 2 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we as well as our courier partners will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will help facilitate your enquiry.

Do you ship internationally?

Oh yeah - to most destinations around the world via EMS. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of your order.
